Back story of 293 F. 1013 ( D.C.. Cir 1923)

The Frye (1923), 293 F. 1013 ( D.C.. Cir 1923),  established the guidelines for the use of expert evidence that was used for decades in U.S. Courts.  The back story which involves a murder of a well-known, wealthy African-American medical doctor in D.C. over the $10 dispute (in real terms), conspiracy allegations, and a novel lie detector test, could be made into a movie!
