Statistical evidence of police racial profiling is ok

The MA Supreme Court overturned the appeallate court's exclusion of statistical evidence based on the stops made. The Supreme Judicial Court said that defendants can compare the racial composition of people stopped on a certain stretch of road with the racial composition of everyone who uses the road.
