Save the Date: Employment Law Conference

Save the DateThe National Employment Law Institute will be hosting the 35th Annual Employment Law Conference in the coming months across four locations. Each year, this comprehensive two-day program provides an advanced-level update of EEO developments and explores their impact on employment practices and policies of business and government.

Topics include a review of significant Supreme Court and appellate court cases, wage and hour issues, an exploration of complex retaliation and whistleblowing claims, and FLMA issues. Faculty includes attorneys from across the US, representing firms such as Seyfarth Shaw; Morgan, Lewis & Bockius; Fisher & Phillips; Littler Mendelson; and Baker & Hostetler.
